This course is located in the domain of Geopolitical Studies as a specific approach to International Relations. In this context, the course works on a clearly delimited theoretical and methodological framework based upon the idea of the causal influence of (i) the geographical setting, (ii) other elements of state’s potential, and (iii) the role of geopolitical agents on foreign policy outcomes and on the international system.
